Shipping & Returns
All order placed in United State will be shipped by United States Postal Services (USPS).
Order of Ready to Wear will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your purchase.
Once an order has shipped please allow 3-5 business days for domestic delivery and 1-3 weeks for international.
Please make sure your address is correct, as Ballewear does not responsible for the item lost and stolen. We will notify you immediately if the item has returned to us as undeliverable, so to arrange a way that get our products delivered to you.
We are always trying our best to get our product shipped to you as soon as possible. However, if you need your order in hurry, rush order is available with additional fee, Please contact with us for more details through the customer service.
Exchanges or Returns
Ballewear does not accept returns unless there is a defect in the production of that item. All exchanges or returns must be authorized before sent back the items to us. Return need to be made within 14 days from when you received your item. All dance wear must be in its original packaging with tags attached. An exchange or repair will be issued for that item, but no refund. Dance wear that has been worn or washed cannot be returned.
